Every project is unique and deserves a bespoke architectural response, carefully tailored to the brief, the site, and the client’s aspirations. However, we do not undertake renovation projects that involve neither an extension nor a significant architectural transformation.

Yes. We support you throughout every stage of the design process, from the initial sketches to the planning permission application, and then through the preparation of the detailed construction documents required for contractor tendering.

Depending on the project’s location and nature, the tendering process and construction supervision are then managed by one of our trusted project management partners or by a qualified local professional with whom we collaborate.

We design projects throughout France and internationally. Our main areas of activity are the Paris region and the Rhône-Alpes region, where our offices are located.

We also offer a collection of contemporary house designs created by our practice. While based on established architectural concepts, each home is carefully adapted to its specific site through its positioning, window layouts, and selected interior arrangements, ensuring genuine architectural quality.

The cost of an architect-designed home depends on many factors, including its size, specification, complexity, site conditions, and location.

As a general guide, construction costs for a bespoke contemporary home typically start at around €3,000 (incl. VAT) per square metre of living space. This does not include ancillary areas, external landscaping, site servicing, or the fees of the architect and engineering consultants.

We give priority to durable, long-lasting materials and, whenever possible, to bio-based materials with a lower environmental impact.

Timber naturally plays a central role in many of our projects, but we also combine it with concrete, stone, glass, steel, and other carefully selected materials to create contemporary, elegant architecture that responds sensitively to its surroundings.
